Our Team in Europe

Direct lines of communication through every level of our company provides unparalleled customer support to all of our customers and absolute transparency for every product we provide.

The two most important points of the supply chain – where the product starts, and where it ends – we pride ourselves on being able to manage both. Our Global Product Team manages our manufacturer partners in China and supports our European efforts, while our Account Management Team here in Europe works hand in hand with our end-use customers.

Executive Sales Team

The Account Management Team works directly with our Product Managers in Shanghai to support and educate our customers and negotiate terms and pricing with the factories. Our Product Managers empower our sales team with everything they need, including product knowledge and documentation, samples, and the most up-to-date market information.

Global Product Management Team

At the heart of our company is our Global Product Management Team, who operates from our corporate office in Shanghai, China. This team means business – they are highly educated and technically trained, and hold masters or bachelor degrees in the various Life Sciences studies.

Our Product Managers are our life blood. Their years in field – at ground level, experience working and learning from trade experts, and long term relationships with our manufacturing partners are all instrumental in our success. Since this team is strategically divided into four departments – Joint Health, Vitamins, Herbals and Botanicals, and Sweeteners, Amino Acids and Specialty Items – our Product Managers are able to specialize in a core group of products. Their specialized focus is the key to staying ahead of the market, providing the best products, and saving our customers money.

James Chu

Responsible for business management and development of joint care products, gelatin and collagen for global markets.

In the industry since 1995, with supply chain experience as a logistics service provider, U.S. consignee, and shipper from China.

Lynn Yuan

Responsible for joint care products, gelatin and collagen for global market

Master degree in Microbial and Biochemical Pharmacy, bachelor degree in Pharmaceuticals engineering from Jiangnan University.
5 years experience in dietary supplement industry.

Nelson Xu

Supply chain manager of vitamins and new business development in Asia Pacific

In the industry since 1997, with experience in souring and international sales of API, intermediates, and nutraceutical ingredients.
